Very helpful and very respectful of my time. They are all very courteous and my wait time was shorter than expected. I was called the morning a part was expected to be be in but was not on the daily shipment very courteous and my wait time was shorter than expected. I was called the morning a part was expected to be be in but was not on the daily shipment. This saved me a 40 mile drive into the dealership for nothing. This consideration of my time was very appreciated. More

A recall was performed during this visit. Of all the times I've been to this dealership I have always enjoyed fast and top notch service. I had my 6k oil change service done and upon finish, Hannah happened to notice fingerprints and oil smears on the hood and grille of the car. She was quick to ask the technicians to clean it. When I got Hannah happened to notice fingerprints and oil smears on the hood and grille of the car. She was quick to ask the technicians to clean it. When I got in the car it smelled of oil and was on my drive home I noticed the shift knob was covered in oil, there were hand prints of oil on the steering wheel, prints on the inside door handle and trim. When I got home I felt the exterior door handle and noticed that too was covered in oil and smears. After wiping the interior down the oil smell is slowly fading away. Very poor service on their part. More
