The moment we drove up we noticed there was a nice amount of vehicles to look at. Humberto was very friendly as we approached him he said how can I help you folks. Right away felt good about him not being of vehicles to look at. Humberto was very friendly as we approached him he said how can I help you folks. Right away felt good about him not being a pushy salesman. He had patience with me as I narrowed down my choices. He was thorough in explaining all the features on the vehicles. Once we made our choice he was helpful in setting up our phones and explaining to us all the new technology as we hadn’t bought a new car in years. The finance was great in explaining our options. Again not pushy which we appreciated. Traci was pleasant and we laughed together. She put everything all in a folder which again we appreciated. Outstanding employees. Very nice that there were snacks and drinks as we waited for our turn with finance. Finishing touch was talking with the manager congratulating us on our purchase. More
