This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Nez was a great communicator, took care of everything ahead of time, and got me in and out of the dealership with a great car at a very fair price. As a single mom, he accommodated my needs to create a very positive experience!! Ian and Mike were also both excellent to work with. Ian was very detailed and polite as he taught me all about how the car works and Mike was a genuinely nice guy who also streamlined the financing process. We had seen our vehicle online. Nez walked us through the purchase process. We drove from Iowa to Ohio to trade our 2014 X3 and purchase a 2020 X5. We were able to get a good value for our trade in by the purchase process. We drove from Iowa to Ohio to trade our 2014 X3 and purchase a 2020 X5. We were able to get a good value for our trade in by exchanging photos of the vehicle. Nez had all of the paperwork ready when we arrived in the morning. Everything went smoothly. Ian did a great good getting us familiar with our new vehicle. We drove 10 hrs to the dealer and the next day 10 hrs back in the new X5. It was worth the trip. Very good experience. More
