While buying a certified used vehicle, I found my salesman to be knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to work with. At no time did I feel pressured, and feel that my trade in was valued fairly. The final sales price was within my predetermined buying range, and we reached it quickly. When picking it up, I received a very good overview of the workings of my vehicle, especially the technology. I give BMW of Westlake five stars and my recommendation for those looking to buy a certified used BMW. More

Scheduled a test drive and was given a great overview of features and solid recommendations on options. Without asking, I was given discounts and promotions on the car. I had to order mine, and it did take 12 weeks, but it had to be built in Germany. On delivery, they had already adjusted down my deal based on the then current incentives. Had the car prepped and ready and walked me through the process. Just a buying pleasure. Great Team, very fair and proactive on pricing and deals. More

I know purchasing a new car is not an easy process. However, BMW Westlake and Jerry Mancini always make the process easy and quick. They are patient with me as I research what I am looking for in a vehicle and always fair in their pricing. The finance process with Mike was quick and efficient. The genius (Ian) is a great addition to the team. I left happy and well educated on my new vehicle all the features and bells and whistles.I keep going back to BMW for the brand but more so because of the people and the experience! Well done! More

Soon after we arrived, we were approach by Jerry, who asked if we were being helped yet and if we needed any help finding anything. We told him what we were interested in and he helped check out the vehicles and gave us an overview of the options available at the time. We ended up finding a car that matched what we were looking for, test drove it, and bought it that day. Jerry was super friendly through the whole experience, helpful, and kept things very relaxed. Even Mike was very helpful with financing and plan options without any pressure towards taking something we wouldn’t be interested in. This being our first vehicle with an interface screen, Ian was very helpful in pointing out the functionality and use of each part; even helping us sync phones right there. Ultimately the exemplary level of customer service experienced here coupled with the excellent nature of the vehicles will likely have my wife and I returning for our future BMW needs, and recommending others to share in the experience.
