I have visited a few BMW dealerships over the years, and this location is my absolute favorite! The salesperson I work with is very friendly, kind and extremely patient. I never feel rushed or like I am jus this location is my absolute favorite! The salesperson I work with is very friendly, kind and extremely patient. I never feel rushed or like I am just another sale. He finds the perfect car for me every time and works out the best deal within my budget. Can’t imagine working with anyone else! I also prefer BMW Westlake for my service appointments, even though it’s a little further away for me than other locations. Nothing compares to the quality of service and the overall experience I have at BMW Westlake! More

Great Experience I had a great sales experience - John Caruso was great to work with, no pressure sales, worked to find the right car for us and helped us take our car I had a great sales experience - John Caruso was great to work with, no pressure sales, worked to find the right car for us and helped us take our car home on the same day we traveled in from Michigan. The sales manager was practical and extremely good to work with he and the story had by far the best inventory in the area. Overall a very good experience. More
