He was highly professional, knowledgeable about the selections offered and offered excellent advice. Ken was one of the most courteous agents we have ever dealt with and willingly looked for a vehicle that met our wishes and desires. We bought a BMW within one day. Ian was so patient in explaining the vehicle operating system and walking us through everything we needed to know. He answered our questions and offered his services whenever needed. Mike was personable, efficient and had everything ready to sign which simplified the buying process. What a great experience! More

I have visited a few BMW dealerships over the years, and this location is my absolute favorite! The salesperson I work with is very friendly, kind and extremely patient. I never feel rushed or like I am jus this location is my absolute favorite! The salesperson I work with is very friendly, kind and extremely patient. I also prefer BMW Westlake for my service appointments, even though it’s a little further away for me than other locations.
