The staff have always been friendly, understanding, and helpful. My service advisor, JC Cooper, has overseen the service for my vehicle almost every service visit I have made. He is very clear in explaining the work to be done, review the work done, and informing me of any recommendations or cautions. Even in the very busiest of times, he has taken the time to ensure that I was clear on the work done or to be done and to answer any questions that I had. I appreciate the availability of "office center" with the workstations that I can plug in my laptop and work during the service. All in all, the service center provides excellent service, a clean and welcoming space to wait for the service to be completed if you are waiting, and excellent customer service from the staff. More

I have had really great experiences in the past and the time before this visit was much better than before and back to the way it was. Last visit was a disaster. 6 hours for a battery replacement and was g time before this visit was much better than before and back to the way it was. Last visit was a disaster. 6 hours for a battery replacement and was given a list of problems that have never been mentioned before with all my services have been done here. Now with this service, none of those problems were mentioned again or even asked about. Makes you wonder if the technician was just trying to make some extra money or every other technician for years now has not been doing the inspections like they should. More

For regular maintenance, it's hard to find a dealership that is as fast as these guys. It's no frills - do not expect a car wash, or a full coffee bar with barista, or anything fancy like that. Those things actually just add time and cost. Time is my most valuable asset, and I'm here to get my car serviced, and I can get those other things elsewhere. I very highly recommend Cobb County Toyota's service department. More

Nail in a tire purchased from CCT. They found another nail in the tire and replaced the tire under warranty. They did it quickly without an appointment. Very pleased.
