We order a car two Months ago from Honda valley. We went to Mr Mr. Jab Rahman that introduced to Mr. Umesh Kapoor to help us. The car arrived Before schedule time. He explained to us all options in details and gave us space to pick the one we need. I am glad my daughter had a good experience since this was her first car. Michael made the car buying process calm and stress free. He was honest and upfront with us about pricing and respected our wishes without question when we denied additional addons or services. We had been to another dealership that day to compare a different car and almost walked out due to poor service and atmosphere. We were happy to purchase from Valley Honda and to have Michael's support along the way. I hope to return back to Valley Honda and will definitely be referring Michael to our family and friends! My rep JD is by far one of the best sales reps I’ve ever had. From him introducing himself as a professional and caring as a family member that you want to have a meal with. Since my Ridgeline had to be ord had. From him introducing himself as a professional and caring as a family member that you want to have a meal with. Since my Ridgeline had to be ordered JD, went above and beyond to keep me in the loop of the status making sure to answer any questions that I had regarding the delivery. After waiting nearly 4 months for the truck to arrive he made that I was alerted once received and made sure that stayed safe as I was set to go on vacation the following day. He made sure to communicate to team of me being out of town but once I returned he arranged to have the delivery take place with Eddie who cared for me as much as JD had done. I left with no questions or concerns only my confidence grew knowing that if there are any questions I have I can be sure that JD will look to help solve it. Even if it’s not his department to oversee, such as ordering a cover for the truck. JD, Jab, and Eddie surely are a team that Valley Honda and Honda USA, should appreciate and acknowledge because being in this business exceptional service like I experienced is immeasurable. More

It was an excellent buying experience. Nick was most professional, friendly and understanding in explaining features and value our priorities/preferences. The entire Valley Honda dealership is act of class. I dealt with Nick, Jab, Jack, Shaun and various other people in the dealership and they were all very nice. They were friendly with the kids, followed SOP during pandemic. I think one good test is when people continue to behave best even after the sale is complete and final. They followed up every week while we were waiting for vehicle delivery and after the delivery , I left my extra keys at the delivery area and Nick called me back and held it for me. Just excellent service. Thank you Nick and keep it up! More

I purchased a new car from Valley in 2018 and was pleasantly surprised at the low pressure and helpfulness of the dealership, therefore I returned in 2021. I couldn’t imagine the process would be be pleasantly surprised at the low pressure and helpfulness of the dealership, therefore I returned in 2021. I couldn’t imagine the process would be better during these Covid times than in 2018. It was better thanks to Victor Ramirez who was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Covid has changed car buying and cars are now reserved by customers before the car arrives to the dealership. Unfortunately Valley was unable to locate the model with the trim level we desired but did have an upgraded model which Victor advised the steps I should take if interested. I didn’t listen to him and lost an opportunity, but I am grateful in his honest advice in an attempt to help. I do not like the “new car” buying experience, so for me to say that I wish I could have purchased my new car from Victor is a testament of how helpful, knowledgeable and respectful he was throughout this process, even after I informed him we purchased a car from a different dealer. I visited five dealerships in 2 days with Valley being the first and I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new Honda visit Valley Honda before any other dealership. They were truly well above the other 4 dealerships in knowledge, customer service, respectfulness, customer service and price. Thank you Mr. Victor Ramirez for being a wonderful Sales and Leasing Consultant and great person. I highly recommend you visit Victor Ramirez at Valley Honda for the purchase of your next vehicle. This is the 6th Honda my husband and I have purchased or leased over the years from Valley Honda, but my first experience working with them. The entire team there is incredibly helpful, professional and a delight to work with. This has been the best car shopping experience in my life, and Valley Honda is certainly not your stereotypical car dealership. Kevin Hanna, Nick Poole, Jab Rahman and Jim in finance made the car buying process quick, smooth and painless. My husband likes to say that Valley Honda runs like a well-oiled machine. It's a description that you will completely understand once you've had the pleasure of spending some time with the employees at this dealership.
