"Hidden" scratches on our hood left us disappointed Overall we were satisfied with our purchase. When we test drove and checked out the car, the outside of the car was dirty. The car was washed while we were "closing" the deal. When we got home we noticed a large number of scratches on the hood. We thought that the dealership should have made us aware of these scratches. We probably should have checked the car out before we left the dealership, which was our mistake. Hopefully we will find a way to remove the scratches without having to repaint the hood. We know that used cars, this was a 2017 Outback, will have some scratches, but this was very noticeable. I would advise future buyers to make sure the outside of the car is clean, so you can check it, before you purchase it. More
