The dealership lost the 2nd smart key for my 2025 Santa Fe which I purchased on 12-1-24. After numerous calls by me (which were not returned) the key was finally ordered from Hyundai on 12-11-24. As of 1 Fe which I purchased on 12-1-24. After numerous calls by me (which were not returned) the key was finally ordered from Hyundai on 12-11-24. As of 1-14-25, it has still not been received. I have left a message for Jake McNeely several times to resolve this and he has yet to call me back. There just does not seem to be an accountability at Universal Hyundai to upright this problem.
