I just had my 10,000 mile Toyota Care visit at Toyota of Auburn. Another terrific visit. Jim Banach was ready for my appointment, things were clearly explained, and work was done in a timely manner. All aspects of toyota of auburn are excellent. I leased my car from this dealership with great confidence in getting a great price. It doesn't stop there. I only take my car for maintenance and I leased my car from this dealership with great confidence in getting a great price. It doesn't stop there. I only take my car for maintenance and repairs here as well. It is a little out of the way, but well worth it. From being greeted by Matt, always great catching up with him. To how Kevin and the rest of the crew handles getting information to uou about what is happening or what needs to happen. The man at the top, Jeff, keeps the service area moving, clean, and professional. My maintenance service was really quick today, maybe 30 minutes. That is from drop off to in the car driving away. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the entire group with considering weather and allowing me to not leave the building to get in my car to drive away, really top service. Thank you all. More

Jim in the service department called me to let me know what they found wrong with my 2018 Tacoma. He took the time to explain what was going to be done to make the repairs.
