Salesman, Mr. Jack Lazzara met me at the door, sat and listened closely to me, walked the lot with me and within a short period of time was able to identify the vehicle that met all my criteria. He accompanied me through every step from vehicle familiarization, administration, financing (Mr. James Dunn) and departure. Mr. Lazzara and Mr. Dunn enabled me to feel at ease and confident even about the administrative and technical elements I didn't know much about.
