I am amazed at how I was treated by Joe Turner and others at Marino CJD. I am a senior citizen and a woman. There are places that do not handle a senior woman fairly. Joe Turner is the best. I felt safe in h at Marino CJD. I am a senior citizen and a woman. There are places that do not handle a senior woman fairly. Joe Turner is the best. I felt safe in his care of handling me and my personal information and not taking me for granted, and I felt good about the deal I received as I walked out door with my new car. Let’s start by saying I have purchased four vehicles from Marino’s. And as far as that goes I have no problem with. However their service department is where I usually have a problem with. When I purchased m Marino’s. And as far as that goes I have no problem with. However their service department is where I usually have a problem with. When I purchased my vehicle, I also purchased a vehicle maintenance program. This includes oil change and tire rotation. Now here comes the problem with this individual. The service consultant comes and finds me in the waiting area to tell me I have swollen lug nuts. The repair for swollen lug nuts would be $330.00 US dollars. Now, I must have fool written on top of my forehead. I declined said repair option and this service consultant related to me that they would not be able to rotate my tires. I’m not sure but if a service mechanic only has one socket, maybe he should invest in more sockets. I was deprived of having my tires rotated which I have paid for in advance with Marino Chrysler Jeep & Dodge. After my last oil change which I already paid for. I will find a new place to have my vehicle serviced. I am fed up with the service at the service department at Marino Chrysler jeep & Dodge. More
