My experiences have been exceptional with Marino Chrysler and I have purchased 3 cars with great service. But the real reason for my continue shopping with them is because of my salesman, JC Alcarado and Se and I have purchased 3 cars with great service. But the real reason for my continue shopping with them is because of my salesman, JC Alcarado and Service Advisor Ralph Martinez. JC is customer centered, always provides necessary details to make you feel that he cares and wants the best for you. He always checks to ensure that your concerns are adequately addressed, connects easily and puts you at ease. JC & Ralph has always demonstrate business professionalism. JC's approach is always energetic, trust worthy and never fails to delivery what he saids. He is straight forward, honest and makes me feel like I should be giving me business to him. This is the reason that I keep coming back to buy my cars at Marino. More

Marino has always provided great service, I have never had a bad experience, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Well the first time i went to Marino i have a bad experience, i talk to a guy name Jonathan, he started working on my credit but I guess my credit it didn’t look so good for him so He barely answer a experience, i talk to a guy name Jonathan, he started working on my credit but I guess my credit it didn’t look so good for him so He barely answer any of my questions, and some point he ignored my calls and text… after couple days waiting a answer from Jonathan i call Marino back and i ask to speak with a manager or supervisor… so after couple calls finally someone call me and explain the i didn’t have enough credit that was why I didn’t get the truck I wanted it. Well after couple weeks and checking few other dealers…, had another bad experience with napleton’s Arlington highs… i find out why my credit wasn’t good enough. So after i pay a loan i had at the moment i went BACK TO MARINO CJD, i ask to speak with Jose Cadena, I explain him my situation and he took the time to work with my credit. He act super professional, the way a sales person is supposed to be. The next day i was driving my new Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Thank you Jose and thank you MARINO CJD. More
