No matter how busy with cars moving in and out, Tom is well organized but never too busy for a smile when we enter. I am fortunate to have obtained the vehicle I had my eye on. The staff at Rallye were all on point. He made a follow up calls to ensure that any questions or needs were met and I don’t need that. Even now I feel I can call him anytime and he would be ready to help. Similarly, the technician who helped explain and demonstrate the features of the vehicle was very knowledgeable, cooperative, and clearly made himself available for future contact regarding the technical side of the car. Well, my experience with Joe Lipari and the staff has been totally positive. More
