They’ve very helpful and good at explaining everything even down to the smallest detail. Absolutely satisfied After visiting various dealerships of different brands and getting quotes that were higher than the advertised deals I ended up calling Infiniti of Na After visiting various dealerships of different brands and getting quotes that were higher than the advertised deals I ended up calling Infiniti of Naples. This is when I started dealing with Tony which was extremely helpful and had me sold over the phone with the way he handled the situation. When we arrived at the dealership we were welcomed with smiles from Tony, lux and Preston. The vehicle we wanted was fresh off the truck and had not been PD I’d this is when I met James or the head tech for the service department. He stayed after hours to inspect the car and make sure it was all in order and that we would take the car we went to pick up. This alone made my hair stand up.We went ahead and started to do all of the paperwork necessary while the car was being cleaned up for delivery. Out of the many years and many cars that I have at least this is hands-down the best experience I have had. I live one hour away from the dealer and will not hesitate to go here because of the brand and the treatment we got from the gentleman at Naples Infiniti We went ahead and started to do all of the paperwork necessary while the car was being cleaned up for delivery. My family and I have had infinity leases in the past but the previous one was not. Happy to be back. More

His sales approach is helpful and knowledgeable but not aggressive. He delivered the car to our house and we signed all the paperwork at home. He makes it easy. We are on our third Infiniti and continue to be happy. The service is also great. I have come to know James and he is very customer service oriented. If he says, I need new tires, I trust his judgement. I highly recommend Infiniti of Naples and especially Antoine & James. More
