I am not satisfied with the BMW that I bought, not the service. I have had the new car less than 1 month and have driven less than 300 miles. The car has had two system failures, the first after less th service. I have had the new car less than 1 month and have driven less than 300 miles. The car has had two system failures, the first after less than 100 miles, and is currently at the dealers waiting for a part. I have been told that it will take several months to get the part. The car is obviously a lemon, but Ferman isn't willing to refund what I paid. More

I was sent a text reminder of an appointment. When I got there, they said that that was a computer generated appointment and it was not a real appointment. Ferman BMW, along with my service advisor Jamie Annese are examples of best in class and well above what appears to be the norm for customer service these days.
