I purchased a New 760i in 2024. I love the car. With the exception of a few recalls that could not be fixed each time I came to service. Each time I brought my car in for service I I love the car. With the exception of a few recalls that could not be fixed each time I came to service. Each time I brought my car in for service I received subpar service. This is not the BMW service that I had become accustomed to throughout the years. Several times I left with my car, not being serviced completely. and always had to return a few days later. Many times I came in for a regular service and ended up returning the next day because some warning light would be on. I met Nick who was my customer Service person. He went out of his way to see that my car was completely serviced. He made sure I received a loaner car versus the past several times I have came to Service and gotten the runaround. My last service person she acted very cavalier never explained anything that was going on with my car. Nick was very thorough and I left feeling confident my car was serviced properly. I will ask for Nick going forward for all my service needs. More

Sal has been recommending what is appropriate for my high performance vehicle for maintenance without making me feel as though I am over paying for service that is unnecessary. So far all the maintenance visits has been excellent as expected. I am impressed by the customer service and appreciate feeling as though I am not just another customer rolling in for car service. Jamie the female has also been helpful with taking care of my vehicle when a tire needed to be replaced from nail trauma. in a timely manner.
