Engine light came on when wife on way to work, she came home She only went 3 blocks when the light went on. I drove her to work. I used my OBD to diagnose the problem, the code was P0456. I made an appointment She only went 3 blocks when the light went on. I drove her to work. I used my OBD to diagnose the problem, the code was P0456. I made an appointment for the morning. The service adviser was very professional and courteous. The problem (leaking gasket on gas cap). Everything took about 2 hours and they washed the car. Alex Murray More

I was very pleased with the information they shared, the fact they did not try to upsell me on fixing things that were not wrong with my car and the convenience of the arrangements to get my car there and also myself to work. I live in Tampa but am now a Ferman BMW fan! More

Battery Dilemma Service advisor tried wanted to sale us a battery until she found out car was still under factory warranty. Once it was determined car was under warra Service advisor tried wanted to sale us a battery until she found out car was still under factory warranty. Once it was determined car was under warranty We were told by Jamie that we really didn’t need a new battery only needed to charge the old battery but after numerous phone conversations With management we did receive a new battery at no cost. Adding insult to injury occurred when we picked up our car. Jamie didn’t have the professional courtesy to greet us and apologize for the confusion, nor did she confirm car had received the courtesy wash she had offered when we checked in. Prior to this event we were completely satisfied with Ferman BMW, now not so much and will probably never visit any Ferman dealerships. Needless to say we are very unhappy! More

Many promises, no delivery I purchased a 2017 Camaro from this dealership and was promised a second key and that a knob on the dash would be repaired. After many calls and a pr I purchased a 2017 Camaro from this dealership and was promised a second key and that a knob on the dash would be repaired. After many calls and a professional quality "run around", I have received neither. This is inexcusable. I cannot recommend this dealership. More
