Omar just did a great job. Janell provided the ultimate customer experience. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 20 years and she guided me through the entire process. Once I got to the dealership she welcomed me and my two I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 20 years and she guided me through the entire process. Once I got to the dealership she welcomed me and my two small boys so kindly. She got my boys hot chocolates and set them up in the kids room which made the signing process for me flawless. The car was pulled up to the front and ready for us and the whole process took a little over an hour. I loved the experience with her, the dealership was a warm environment and I will recommend her and the dealership to everyone! Thank you Janell and Tustin Mazda you are all great!! More
