Was told service would take 1-1 1/2 hours when set up appointment. Show up and advised will take 3-4 hours. Asked about a loaner and service advisor stated they are not obligated to provide a loaner and appointment. Show up and advised will take 3-4 hours. Per the VW emission settlement any repair over 3 hours a loaner is to provided. Repair took until the following day. Never going to return to this location would not recommend. If you do you have to go to this location do not use service advisor Jeff Perard he has no customer service skills and talks down to the customers.
