When I was washing it I noticed there was a patch dangerously close to the side wall. I went to pine belt service and they wanted me to pay $$375 more for a car I haven’t even had a full week. After back and forth with the service rep, I decided to go across the street and speak with Hoss. After about 5 minutes of waiting on a verdict Hoss came back with the news of my tire will be covered. After going back over to service the service rep had a nasty attitude towards me when he found out it would be covered. More

Joey and the rest of the pine belt team were amazing! ! They were all so helpful, especially Joey! He stayed late to make the deal happen and stayed even later after the building was shut down to go over ! They were all so helpful, especially Joey!
