Waited 2-1/2 hours for service and a head mechanic. NO work was done on vehicle. A new display board was ordered and will not be in in time for a scheduled trip about 1500 miles. Went in for recall notice, was told I would given a complimentary vehicle, because they wanted it dropped off, and I had to go to work, but then they wouldn’t give me one because I don’t own a credit c complimentary vehicle, because they wanted it dropped off, and I had to go to work, but then they wouldn’t give me one because I don’t own a credit card! Insulted me when I said I was told I would be loaned a car but never told I would need a credit card! Very rude, very upsetting. Finally after my mother gave them xxxx, they said they’d take my car in and do it right away. So I had to wait almost an hour and was late for work. More
