Went in for recall notice, was told I would given a complimentary vehicle, because they wanted it dropped off, and I had to go to work, but then they wouldn’t give me one because I don’t own a credit c complimentary vehicle, because they wanted it dropped off, and I had to go to work, but then they wouldn’t give me one because I don’t own a credit card! Insulted me when I said I was told I would be loaned a car but never told I would need a credit card! Very rude, very upsetting. Finally after my mother gave them xxxx, they said they’d take my car in and do it right away. So I had to wait almost an hour and was late for work. More

I got a diagnostic of several pending major repairs -- everything was comprehensively laid out in a color-coded report with photos of my car's problem areas. I appreciated that Jason explained to me that the report is styled that way intentionally, for maximum transparency and trust building with customers. All around great experience, and I am very grateful for all the accommodation and assistance. More
