I had an excellent experience buying my new Mazda with Lucas. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and not at all pushy. I had put a deposit on a slightly used Mazda and then changed my mind a few days l Lucas. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and not at all pushy. I had put a deposit on a slightly used Mazda and then changed my mind a few days later. I was worried that this might be a problem, but Lucas put my mind at ease and arranged for me to purchase exactly the car I wanted, no questions asked. His professionalism, patience and friendly demeanor made the transaction seamless and extremely positive. I returned a few days after I purchased the car and he took the time to answer all of my questions about the controls and carplay system. What a great buying experience, start to finish. Well, although I did not purchase either of my (2) Mazda's from Flood Mazda, I go out of my way (from Cumberland to Wakefield RI) to service both at Flood. From start to finish working with Flood Mazda more specifically with Jason Palmari, Anthony DeAngelis, and Cody Harvey was very easy. I had done an email inquiry earlier in 2023 and Jason reached out. specifically with Jason Palmari, Anthony DeAngelis, and Cody Harvey was very easy. I had done an email inquiry earlier in 2023 and Jason reached out. I let him know that at that time I was not seriously looking at a car. Jason would occasionally email me to check in and see how things were going. The time came where I needed a new car. I reached out to Jason and discussed the model that I was looking for and he was able to set up an appointment with Anthony. I was contacted by Anthony to come look at the car and test drive it. Anthony’s attention to detail and product knowledge of the car really put me at ease. Working Cody was also easy. I left his office feeling like I got a good deal. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with all three employees. In the future I will be returning the Flood Mazda. My husband will be returning to Flood Ford. More
