I enjoy working with Sam when my lease is up, Jason originally called me telling me that I could come in and look around cause the maturity date of my lease was coming up! I came in with my dad, and originally called me telling me that I could come in and look around cause the maturity date of my lease was coming up! I came in with my dad, and everyone is very kind and remembered us from 2 yrs ago!They treat us very well and I never feel pressured to buy right away! Jason was very helpful and he went on a test drive with us while we were waiting to sit down and talk numbers with Sam! Sam is knowledgeable about the car I bought and he helped me set up my Mazda app and connected my phone while I was in finance with Cody. Cody is also great to work with. He is quick and helpful. He will do his best to have you sign a bunch of documents with in a reasonable timeframe. Also making sure you understand them all too! While he is doing this he is multitasking and having a convo with you. Very personable and kind! Thank you all for making my car buying/ leasing that much enjoyable! See you in another 2.5 years! My family has purchased three previous cars from Flood Mazda, and we just made our fourth purchase last week. We have been to other dealers in the past, but we have not had a pleasant buying process or se Mazda, and we just made our fourth purchase last week. We have been to other dealers in the past, but we have not had a pleasant buying process or service department process like what we have received at Flood Mazda. Rich was wonderful to assist my husband and I with purchasing our new CX-50, and he was so patient when he had to go through the test drive and vehicle features explanation process twice - we had our 2 year old with us that day, and Rich was so wonderful with her and understood what features were important to us in our next vehicle. We have also had fantastic experience with Steve and his service department staff, who are very knowledgeable and pleasant when our cars have been brought in to address an issue or a recall. We live in Connecticut and have two Mazda dealerships within 30 minutes of us, but we will continue to drive more than an hour to visit the team at Flood Mazda every time. More
