This dealership treats you like family. The experience we had buying two different cars in one month was so different than any car buying experience i have ever had. They did whatever they could to deliver what we were looking for. Sam is the absolute best guy to buy a car from and Cody is by far the best finance guy I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I 💯 percent recommend this dealership. I had never driven a Mazda before but after helping my twins both purchase Mazda Cx 5 s i have decided that when I am ready for a new vehicle I will definitely be buying a cx 5 from Sam. I bought a new Mazda today and cannot express how much I appreciate the pricing and customer service from Rich Morra and Russ Cunha. Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much appreciate the pricing and customer service from Rich Morra and Russ Cunha. Flood Mazda's offer on my trade in was excellent, and Rich spent so much time in my new vehicle showing me how to use all the features, since I traded in a 9 year old "basic" car that didn't have any of the new safety features, Apple car play, etc. I am not a frequent car buyer, (clearly) but I am now a Flood Mazda fan and recommend everyone visit Flood Mazda for a great car purchase experience. I have purchased many vehicles from multiple dealerships and Flood Mazda has surpassed them all with their customer service. I had an issue with a vehicle I recently purchased but had no problem with them i and Flood Mazda has surpassed them all with their customer service.
