This service appt went very well meaning it was uneventful. The only very slight dilemma I had was the use of a coupon that came from the service dept. The service mgr had to get involved which uneventful. The only very slight dilemma I had was the use of a coupon that came from the service dept. The service mgr had to get involved which was odd but in the end they honored it. William checked me in and Naim checked me out. Both were very courteous and respectful. Received a call when service was done and car was waiting for me when I got back to the dealership. Like I said, everything went off like clock work. Have driven the car for about 100 miles and all is still good. Nicely done. One recommendation I would have is providing estimated pricing on the service paperwork before you sign. I myself knew the work being done on my car was going to be pricey and I had a ball park figure in mind. I could see where some might be surprised. It would be good if they could get you an estimated cost before having to sign the service request. More

A Stellar Service Experience I recently had the pleasure of visiting Handy Toyota's service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was impressed by the f of visiting Handy Toyota's service center for a routine oil change and tire rotation. From the moment I pulled into the bay, I was impressed by the friendly and professional demeanor of the staff. The service advisor, Jason, was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the recommended services and answer all of my questions. The service was completed promptly, and I was kept informed throughout the process. When my vehicle was ready, I was provided with a detailed breakdown of the services performed and the total cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive pricing and the overall quality of the work. I've been a loyal customer of Handy Auto for a year, and their service center has always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and affordable automotive maintenance. More

The staff that I interacted with were very friendly but I ended up driving away with one of the problems worse than it was when I went and the other stayed the same. In the quest to resolve a rattling proble ended up driving away with one of the problems worse than it was when I went and the other stayed the same. In the quest to resolve a rattling problem they removed my heat shield without asking me first and left it off saying it’s fine to be without it as long as I don’t park in a field of dry grass after a long drive etc. but they were closing so couldn’t do anything more about it anyway. I live on a dirt road and my car is SO low to the ground it scrapes on everything and now I have less protection from mud, rocks and salt spray. I’m super bummed about that. They rotated my tires and when I got my car back the totally dirty hubcaps were sitting on my passengers seat and my seat is still filthy! The nice gentleman up front put them back on for me. Sheesh. My two experiences there would definitely not lead me to buy a new car there and trust them to care for it for sure. I’m going to go to Montpelier next time and hope for better. More

Naim did not respond to any phone calls. I called 5 times between 1145 and 230 looking for information and a status of my service. Finally calling the main line I was able to get in touch wi I called 5 times between 1145 and 230 looking for information and a status of my service. Finally calling the main line I was able to get in touch with a woman who transfered me to Niam, again no answer. I called back and made her aware. She tried to reach him herself and could not. She also desribed the situation as a mess and said that the undercoating would not be done today because they forgot to coordinate it with the other toyota location in St. Albans.(I canceled the undercoat). She struggled to reach anyone in service who could help but had the service managers cell. She got in touch with him and put me through to him after having me on hold for 30 min. The service manager provided decent update on the status of the service. There was no issues found while diagnosing the brake issues I was experiencing. (Right rear wheel locking up). The service manager said if there was issue going forward to call him. He also said he would provide a rental if I wanted to schedule an undercoat at another time. Not sure I will want to return after today's experience. More
