This service appt went very well meaning it was uneventful. The only very slight dilemma I had was the use of a coupon that came from the service dept. Received a call when service was done and car was waiting for me when I got back to the dealership. Like I said, everything went off like clock work. Have driven the car for about 100 miles and all is still good. Nicely done. One recommendation I would have is providing estimated pricing on the service paperwork before you sign. I myself knew the work being done on my car was going to be pricey and I had a ball park figure in mind. I could see where some might be surprised. It would be good if they could get you an estimated cost before having to sign the service request. More
