Russell is extremely outgoing and keeps in touch with you every step of the way. I pre-ordered my 2016 Chevy Volt with him and from the beginning to the very end it went as smooth as glass. If more sales folks were like Russell people would not detest car buying. He honored what rebates and discounts he could considering I was out of state and I knew exactly what it was going to cost me before I went in there to pick up my car and sign on the dotted line. If you do business with one salesman this year make it Russell! You won't be disappointed and you will actually be amazed how above and beyond he goes for his customers. As long as I stay in the area the guy has definitely got a customer for life here. Special recognition needs to go out to Jason Witte, Jake Bates, and Jackie Wells whom helped out tremendously when I picked up the car. It really is a team effort at Criswell.
