3rd new vehicle purchase from criswell I have purchased 3 vehicles from them the vehicles were all serviced there my original cavalier purchase is still going strong original clutch with 19 I have purchased 3 vehicles from them the vehicles were all serviced there my original cavalier purchase is still going strong original clutch with 190k my cobalt just went to my son 137k looks and drives like New. My most recent purchase a crude is my new favorite. From sales to finance and service they take care and it shows. Always friendly and helpful feels like a family I would not go there if it wasn't. More

My wife and I traveled from Morgantown, WV in search of a new 2014 Corvette Stingray. After doing much on-line research, we determined that we could come to Criswell or make a trip to Atlantic City, NJ, to new 2014 Corvette Stingray. After doing much on-line research, we determined that we could come to Criswell or make a trip to Atlantic City, NJ, to another large Corvette dealer. These were the two that had the largest selections and the most competitive pricing. We are very pleased we chose Criswell. We called ahead about 3 weeks ago and told them we were coming. We spoke to Dan Drayton, salesman, who was waiting for us at the door after our 2.75 hour drive. The entire experience was great. Not a lot of pressure, very fast paced, questions answered immediately. After a couple test drives and some very reasonable negotiation we ordered our first Corvette. While there, we met Jason Witte, general sales manager and Jackie Wells, finance manager. Two nicer people we could not have met. Jason was very adamant that we would be buying a car when my wife took the first test drive. Though he joked with me about this, he was actually quite serious. He and Dan did all in their power on the price negotiation to make a deal that was acceptable to us. He was correct, we bought the car. We went back today 4.5.14 to pick up our vehicle. We dealt with the same three people again. Jason and Dan were again extremely personable and accomodating to the two of us. Though we did not finance the vehicle there, Jackie made the closing very smooth and completed it with me before Dan finished the walk through of the car and its features with my wife. She is a very professional, pleasurable individual that does an excellent job for this dealership. I am in no way a person who enjoys the new car dealership experience. The two visits made to Criswell and dealing with the three folks were totally enjoyable. Both my wife and I were treated like royalty here, made to feel very welcome, no pressure what-so-ever and there were no unpleasant surprises at any step of the process during our time at Criswell. What they said they would do on price, they delivered. I would have no problem recommending this dealership to anyone in the market for any vehicle the sell here. It was worth the drive and the time spent to get this deal. Should anyone reading this review consider going to Criswell to purchase a new vehicle, do youself a favor and do so. Make sure you align yourself with Dan, Jason and Jackie, you will not be disappointed. More
