I came in for a standard recall repair on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. I ended up asking about a few other issues and Jae said he'd get it looked at for me. He promptly messaged me through the Hyundai dealership SMS system and gave updates throughout the whole process. I can't imagine how annoying it must have been for him to call and submit claims back and forth to figure out all the issues with my car that were covered by my extended warranty. In the end, I had: a leak on both axles, a leak in the valve cover gasket, dirty cabin and engine air filters, carbon buildup on my entire fuel system, and an issue with my car burning oil. Jae and the rest of the service department fixed it and had my car ready in less than 4 days, along with a rental so I could get around! He was courteous and diligent throughout the whole process, and every single other person I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. Puente Hills Hyundai puts all my "evil dealership" fears to rest -- they're not there to make a quick buck off of you, they really want to help you solve your issues. Thanks again Jae! More
