We had a great car buying experience at Sport Mazda South! We had an excellent team of salespeople with Barby and Keryon who expedited the purchase of our first Mazda, a CX 9 model, ending our lengthy South! We had an excellent team of salespeople with Barby and Keryon who expedited the purchase of our first Mazda, a CX 9 model, ending our lengthy and frustrating search for a dealership that was fair, and willing to work with the customer without any hidden dealer markups at the worst time in history to buy a new car. We were relieved and delighted with the cooperative and extremely streamlined process of buying our vehicle at Sport Mazda South in Orlando. They did not waste our time nor did they play the usual games of back and forth to the manager when negotiating our price. The finance manager Mayaline was fair, efficient, and transparent when we pushed her to share the prices of her menu of products and she respectfully did not pressure us to buy anything we did not want. We would definitely be repeat customers at this dealership. More

They owe me a refund from 2 months ago, of about $3,733. and after getting just $1,218.00 of that refunded to my loan, I have called and emailed various contacts I keep getting from different employees, and and after getting just $1,218.00 of that refunded to my loan, I have called and emailed various contacts I keep getting from different employees, and I either get brushed off, lied to or no response at all. I even emailed two weeks ago to the email address that the owner Jay Mealey advertises saying he monitors, and got no response.I bought a $30k car, they got the money within 48 hours with a few clicks of a mouse, why would I matter to them.?!! I don't even want to go to their service dept that I'm entitled to a free first oil change! Im never stepping foot there again. More

First time purchase at Sport Mazda. Got a 2022 Miata RF in Soul Red. This is a beautiful car. We call it our mini corvette. It's a hard top convertible. When people see the top go up and down they always say "WOW". It's a driving experience very similar to driving a really fast go kart. It is the definition of fun. I've bought a lot of cars since I moved here in 2017. Eight new cars and three used cars. I like to buy from people I like and trust. I can say that about Sport Mazda. The purchase was a no pressure experience and I got a really good deal. But where the rubber hits the road is when you have a problem and how the dealer reacts. I can only say "WOW". I had a big problem and the dealership responded immediately. They went above and beyond what I expected. I'm 62 and have lost count of the cars I've bought, but this experience was exceptional and unforgettable. I think you owe it to yourself to at least give this dealership a chance at getting your business. More
