We had a nice surprise while visiting Lancaster Toyota. Tony greeted us when we entered the lot, asking what we were looking for. Needless to say, Tony and Kevin did not disappoint. Tony found us a 2021 Jeep Cherokee within the price range. It met all her criteria and then some. Heated seats, blind spot warnings, and a smooth drive. It wasn't too big and gave her wide visibility. After our test drive, Tony gave us time to think, was not overly pushy, and then guided us through the process. He and the Toyota team took time to answer questions and adjusted to our needs by finding discounts where they could, and were overall reassuring. Service was super. More
