I have always been treated with professional, friendly service by every person in every department at Five Star Ford. I was wanting to purchase a new vehicle and thought that I knew exactly what I wanted. The Dealership could have easily just sold me a vehicle and handed me a set of keys. Instead starting with Mr. Rich, all of the people listed took the time to inform me of new changes, rebates, special offers, etc. the care that I received was simply incredible. I was able to purchase more vehicle for less money. That would have never happened if the entire staff at this dealership had not had my best interest and total satisfaction in mind. I know that I have forgotten to mention someone who helped me and for that please forgive me. The attitude and honesty at this dealership is second to none. On top of all of that the coffee is always good. More
