We met Gary a number of years ago with our first purchase, and have been with him ever since. Regardless of the purchase (new or pre-owned) Gary has always been up front, honest and fair. Judging from other reviews, it must be the culture at this dealership. As long as Gary is a sales associate at Klaben's, we will work with him. We have several years experience with Klaben's and all of the departments are 'first-class'. How many people would drive 40 miles for an oil change? More

They were able to get to my truck immediately and perform all the necessary maintenance while I waited. They took great care to ensure my truck stayed spotless. I most definitely trust them to make sure my truck stays road worthy and ready to go. I will not be going anywhere else to have my vehicle serviced. Not to mention the employees are extremely personable! More
