I was very appreciative of his explanation of the owner's manual and the control panel. I am 79 so I have purchased more than my share of cars. Therefore I have acquired the requisite criteria to evaluate excellent salesmanship. Jeff is knowledgeable, thoughtful and considerate. Buying a big ticket item like a car is stressful. The customer needs expertise and a high level of interpersonal trust. Jeff has these qualities in spades. He deserves a 5 star rating!!! More

And the sales manager dan was so helpful. Knowledgeable and patient. I ask a lot of questions. Liberty Subaru caters to all their customers needs. They not only sold me a car they set all my radio stations to my favorite settings. And was sure that my phone was connected to the car. And they offer a nite for all new owners to come in and meet the service manager and cover any concerns that I may have encountered since delivery. Not many dealers genuinely care about their customers after a sale is made but liberty Subaru far exceeded my expectations. Thank you for caring. More
