I am long overdue in writing this review for Klaben Lincoln of Warren Service Department and Body Shop. June 2025: I had a “Check Engine” light issue to deal with. Niall McGee in the Service Departm Lincoln of Warren Service Department and Body Shop. June 2025: I had a “Check Engine” light issue to deal with. Niall McGee in the Service Department was super friendly, efficient, and professional (as he has consistently been in the past) in getting me scheduled for the needed service (which included a special replacement part) and getting the situation resolved very quickly (all within 24 hours of my initial contact about the issue). Thank you, Niall. July & August 2025: Klaben Lincoln of Warren Body Shop was very quick in resolving a safety recall (affecting my vehicle) issued by Ford. In July Jeff Mundell took pictures of the affected area of my car to send to Ford for approval. In August (after the necessary parts came in) they performed the needed work. The folks at the Body Shop were super thorough and very clear in explaining what to expect with the safety recall repair and replacement, rental car procedures, drop-off, pick-up, etc. They had my vehicle ready within 2 business days, saving me time and money (on rental car privately paid insurance). Ford, of course, paid for the rental car cost, itself. A BIG THANKS to the fine people at the Body Shop for their efficiency and great work! More

This review is for KLABEN AUTO BODY not the dealership. Poor communication! They confused the names and numbers on the account several times. The receptionist, I can't recall her name (I believe it began w Poor communication! They confused the names and numbers on the account several times. The receptionist, I can't recall her name (I believe it began with the letter "B") was NOT friendly at all, borderline rude on the phone and in person. The staff called me once left a vm to tell me my car was ready (this was on a Friday), I never received the vm, until Tuesday at 450 pm. The staff never bothered to call me back ALL-day Monday, ALL day Tuesday. Those were additional days for a rental. One would think if you called someone on a Friday and they don't call you right back or at least by Monday to pick up THEIR car, a place of service would call the customer back and make sure they received the message! Jeff himself was kind, and professional. More

This was to be fix in November of 2022. Scheduled many time with Mike in auto body and voiced my concerns that I had issues I wanted taken care of. That my motor they just put in was runnin Scheduled many time with Mike in auto body and voiced my concerns that I had issues I wanted taken care of. That my motor they just put in was running rough. I had that concern and conversation with him in October. He told me when they bring it in to fix the second part they will look at it and take care if it. When I finally got my car in to be fixed it was March 15th 2023 and I was told my motor Mont was starting to become weak from the motor vibrations (that they installed and I have been complaining about) would cost me $200 plus labor. I and tired of being tossed around. It took me a month and half to have the motor put in and I had to call Mr. Klabin to move that along. So no I am not happy. Not even buying my next car from them! More
