For 50 years I've purchased my vehicles from Klaben Ford-Lincoln, in Warren, OH. I’ve also taken my cars there for bodywork and servicing. However, in the early part of March, 2024, my Lincoln was Ford-Lincoln, in Warren, OH. I’ve also taken my cars there for bodywork and servicing. However, in the early part of March, 2024, my Lincoln was involved in a hit-and-run accident, in which damage was done to the passenger side and front fascia of my Lincoln MKS. I set an appointment with Klaben Ford-Lincoln, and Michael checked the damage done to my car. As he surveyed the damage on my Lincoln, he pointed out parts that were going to need replaced, like one of my door panels and a couple other items. When he was done, I asked him, “Would it be possible to take the door panel off to fix?”, and Michael told me “No”, it would need replaced.” Apparently, after he talked to a representative at Grange Ins. Co., he sent me my estimate by email. As I looked it over, it included almost exclusively labor charges, paint and a couple parts that were not expensive. They were looking at 57 hours of labor including painting and less than $50.00 in actual Lincoln parts. Thinking that Klaben would do what was right, I went forward with the deal. I asked Michael how many days they would take for the repair and after looking over all the work that would be required, he told me, two weeks. I dropped my Lincoln off March 18. I was called by Michael March 26, telling me my Lincoln was done. So, in actuality it only took five or six days. On Wednesday, March 27, I went to Klaben Ford-Lincoln's body shop to get my car. I would love to say that the work done was terrific, but, not surprisingly, I was looking at a wavy door panel. I guess that was the best they could hammer out the dents. I’ll just have to live with it. The best part of the deal, I still had to pay my $500 deductible. I probably could have taken my car to Joe Shmoe's Body Shop, and had the same work done for not too much more than the $500.00. So, just like everything else in the country, everything costs more, and what you get in return...well, I won't say it. I’m currently looking up Joe Shmoe’s Body Shop phone number for the next time. Maybe he sells and fixes cars too. More

I have been dealing with John and the shop here for the past 12 years. They are always ready to help and do so without complaint. Great experience. More

It's always been my go to to purchase & to repair but after being told they couldn't check my brakes until almost 10 days when you tell them they almost go out was a bit disconcerting especially when I j after being told they couldn't check my brakes until almost 10 days when you tell them they almost go out was a bit disconcerting especially when I just spent 4000 bucks on repairs and part of that was about antisocial break system. I feel lied to as well since my works always says my brake pads were in green & I just had my car in for the works & all green! My pads did need replaced & air removed from my brake line. I don't trust the work or the diagnoses from your service dept anymore. :( More

This was to be fix in November of 2022. Scheduled many time with Mike in auto body and voiced my concerns that I had issues I wanted taken care of. I had that concern and conversation with him in October. He told me when they bring it in to fix the second part they will look at it and take care if it. When I finally got my car in to be fixed it was March 15th 2023 and I was told my motor Mont was starting to become weak from the motor vibrations (that they installed and I have been complaining about) would cost me $200 plus labor. I and tired of being tossed around. It took me a month and half to have the motor put in and I had to call Mr. Klabin to move that along. So no I am not happy. Not even buying my next car from them! More
