Working with Mark Christopher Cadillac has made buying a vehicle a wonderful experience. The XT4 was ready for it's first oil change but with our busy schedule, it was going to be hard to get the car over d vehicle a wonderful experience. Sales team was fantastic. A bit if a pressure to purchase extended warranty, but we did purchase it. The issue we had was that the windshield was damaged and dealer was notified the next day. My husband had to gt upset by the time they had Jeff call to rectify the situation. It was almost two weeks after purchase that the window was replaced. Jeff had it resoled within 24 hours once he was involved. More

Dear Sirs, just wanted to let you know that the service provided by MC service department was great as usual. I make sure when I bring my truck in to see Avo my favorite service writer and to make sure Tra provided by MC service department was great as usual. I make sure when I bring my truck in to see Avo my favorite service writer and to make sure Travis the technician takes care of my truck and so far I’ve been very very satisfied with the service. Avo makes sure I get my service gets done in time and Travis makes sure to fix whatever issue I have to perfection. Like I said I’m very happy with the friendly and complete service I get at MC because of the two people there and would never go anywhere else and I always recommend MC service to anyone that asks about where is the best GM dealer service department. Lastly, I wanna thank Jeff for running an excellent department, he’s always friendly and helpful also. More
