Hi I'm Jennifer, I spent my childhood in Montana but have been in Tucson for over 20 years now. I have three daughters who are my world and I spend most of my free time with them. I graduated from the U of A and was in social work for years before trying the car business. I have been at Tucson Subaru for going on 5 years now. I think it's a good blend of experience between social work and working at this dealership because that is what we do here...Help People :) We have a great team here at Tucson Subaru so don't hesitate to pop in and see us! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, but my partner purchased a car from Tucson Subaru back in 2016 and had a good experience so, at his recommendation, we made this our first stop. Jason was the first person we spoke to when we walked up, and he happily showed us a few options as I tried to figure out exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision - all the questions Jason asked made me feel like he was sincerely trying to help me figure out which car was right for me, rather than trying to push a sale. I found something I liked, and Jason was patient, kind, and professional as we dealt with a few unexpected hiccups during the buying process. As someone without a lot of car knowledge or car-buying experience, I was very grateful to have an easy and comfortable experience working with Jason at Tucson Subaru, and would absolutely recommend this dealership as a whole. We've visited Tucson Subaru several times in the last 3-4 years and have always been pleased how we were greeted & treated. Last Friday, CJ Nichols waited on us -- he was great and we purchased a new Forest years and have always been pleased how we were greeted & treated. Last Friday, CJ Nichols waited on us -- he was great and we purchased a new Forester! He was very knowledgeable, took his time and didn't pressure us for the sale. We highly recommend CJ and Tucson Subaru! Tonight they hosted a "new car" orientation, with a nice sandwich-salad supper. We'll definitely be back when our car needs service. This is A-#1 dealership! We hadn't bought a new car since 2017, then we walked into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 Chevy Colorado which was not part of the plan. So... two cars within 6 months, Joe had a lot to do with that, he made it for us. Sincerely, Mike & Justine Miller More

We loved Jack! We had an idea of what we wanted but we were not entirely sure and he was so patient with us. One of the sweetest people we’ve ever met.
