BEWARE when doing transactions with Jerry. Seemed like an approachable man when and had good conversation after working with his salesman Andy, who by the way is AWESOME!! Went in to look at used vehicle, after discussing pricing on the purchase and trade of a vehicle we left off on a certain amount in the evening and advised them I would think about it overnight, come to find out the the following day came back and increased the original amount we were at by $4k with no real clear explanation, even have text messages between Andy & myself that contradicts what they are saying per the price increase. Disappointing to see how business is conducted on his end, very unprofessional and expected alot more. More

There are no words to describe the level of unprofessionalism that I received from Jerry and his subordinate Howard Moon. While I’m not one to leave a review because I think everyone deserves a unprofessionalism that I received from Jerry and his subordinate Howard Moon. While I’m not one to leave a review because I think everyone deserves a second chance but Jerry is by far the rudest, most classless, and excuse my word choice but incompetent sales manager I’ve ever encounter. He was too prideful to admit that he messed up on a deal and instead of apologizing and trying to alleviate the matter, he continues to make it worst by saying that it is the customer’s fault as to why the deal didn’t go through. He refuse to let me speak to his boss, figures right? Long story short, I sent a $2500 deposit to hold a car. I live 13 hours away. Not only did I place a deposit, I also went through with allowing them to run my credit not once but SEVEN times. It was a Friday, I sent the deposit around 10/11AM. My husband and I were still debating on if we are getting the car shipped or if we wanted to pick it up in person. But not even 3 hours later, Jerry demanded me have all the paperworks and money together by 3PM or he was going to the next buyer. Excuse me?? What was the point of my deposit? And when I repeatedly asked him to explain to me; his response “so what you expect us to hold the vehicle for you for 3-4 days” when it wasn’t even 3 hours. And then he proceeded to say that I didn’t hold up my end of the bargain because I didn’t show him proof of a plane ticket since I lived out of town. But the kicker to this? His other buyer couldn’t get a loan approved so guess what? The car is still in the lot. Not only did I place a deposit, I was also approved for the car. I was going to put down a hefty down payment as well. All in all, this guy is a total joke to the company and if this is the level of professionalism that he represents for BMW, then no thanks. I do not appreciate the tactic and unprofessionalism that this manager used. Buyers beware!!! More

My husband and I contacted this dealership to inquire about one of their used cars and Harold Blackwell was the dealer taking care of us, before we pulled up he had the Range Rover sitting out front read about one of their used cars and Harold Blackwell was the dealer taking care of us, before we pulled up he had the Range Rover sitting out front ready to go. He is extremely friendly and easy to work with, their cars are in excellent condition and the management worked with us to get in our new car! Harold did an excellent job making us feel comfortable and both parties walked away with a win. I’d highly recommend Harold and BMW Cantonsville if you see something on their lot! More

We had the absolute BEST experience with our purchase. We live out of state and saw the exact car we wanted online. Howard drove the car OVERNIGHT OUT OF STATE to our home (delivered with a FULL gas tank) and the transaction was absolutely seamless. The car is exactly what we wanted and the outstanding service we received will make us customers again for future business. This was bar none the best service and auto purchase transaction we've ever had. More
