I flew out to the dealership and the car was all prepped and ready for me. I had such great personal service from everyone I came in contact with. Jerry, Mike in finance, Robert the New Car Manager and Dirk the Genius (he really is when it comes to BMW’s) that I wish I lived close to this dealership just to continue the great experience I had. For my next BMW I’m going to call on Westlake. It’s 1,500 miles from me but the people really make the difference and it’s worth the trip. Well maybe when it’s a little warmer. More

Instantly, we all connected. Jerry spent countless hours with us ALL SUMMER LONG!!!! My husband is an engineer so his process is VERY methodical, to say the least!!! Never once did Jerry get impatient!!! He was honest, helpful and GENUINELY wanted us to ultimately be HAPPY with our purchase!!!! My husband STILL had questions with his pen in hand before signing the final papers! Jerry still was more than helpful. He REALLY took the time to LISTEN to our needs and wants, rather than to try to SELL us on whatever might have made him a better commission. I feel like through this process with Jerry we gained confidence in our purchase and most of all gained a friend. We are forever grateful to you Jerry. Our BMW is amazing!!
