Brought my 2020 Subaru Outback XT in for a 5000 oil change and an infotainment recall software update. Jesse Friedman was my service advisor. I had a loaner vehicle and was told that my service and r change and an infotainment recall software update. Jesse Friedman was my service advisor. I had a loaner vehicle and was told that my service and recall could take up to 6 hours. I explain that I would appreciate having a shorter time since I lived in Green Valley. Jesse arranged to have my service maintenance and recall update taken care of in about two hours. Tucson Subaru has always been a super dealership. I had a Subaru Outback 2014 that I purchased in Vermont in 2013 and since my move to Tucson in late December 2015 was serviced by Tucson Subaru. I purchased my 2020 Subaru Outback Touring XT in late December 2019 and have been extremely satisfied with Sales and Service personnel. Thank You Tucson Subaru for making my Subaru experience a pleasant and professional time. More

Brought my outback in for 18k mile service. The whole process was a pleasure, from making the appointment to checking in, and then being kept informed of findings, options, and progress. They got me in about 10minutes after I arrived (15min late). Pretty much explained what they could and could not doll w/out charging a diagnostic fee and what the service would cost, even trying to save late). Pretty much explained what they could and could not doll w/out charging a diagnostic fee and what the service would cost, even trying to save me some $'s saying that I probably did not need an alignment if I was not having any issues, but I just wanted one done anyway. They got me an Lyft ride back to my house and called about when they said it would be done and said everything was ok and maybe the next time I could get the all wheel drive service done- I asked if they could get it done today yet and he said sure and the Outback was ready before too long, with no surprises. I have always felt that this dealership actually values its customers and so far that opinion has not changed but been reaffirmed. I like the coffee and snacks in the waiting area too. I thought we were supposed to get a car wash coupon, which we did not but will ask next time we are there. Oh, and I like the vehicle report they email you following the service. More
