Jesse Friedman (Service Advisor) was absolutely wonderful and professional. He truly went above and beyond in assisting us today with our 90K checkup. We were able to make clear decisions regarding service and professional. He truly went above and beyond in assisting us today with our 90K checkup. We were able to make clear decisions regarding services with no pressure or hype. It's uncommon to see this level of courtesy and integrity. Excellent customer serviceWhile my Outback was in for a Excellent customer service While my Outback was in for a routine annual service, they performed a complete electrical check of the car at my request Excellent customer service While my Outback was in for a routine annual service, they performed a complete electrical check of the car at my request for no charge due to a problem I had with the battery. The issue turned out to be a dome light left on overnight. The techs are professional and work with you to resolve any issue you may experience. More
