I have worked with Jesse Friedman, he is an excellent representative of your Compan owner for a few years now. I purchased it new at your Dealership. I have worked with Jesse Friedman, he is an excellent representative of your Company and Product. He treats me with dignity and respect and I have observed him with other customers as well . He also treats colleagues the same way He knows the vehicle inside and out and he goes the extra mile for people. We are talking 5 STARS - Give Mr.Friedman as well deserved 6STARS. More

When I got my oil change they said I needed a new When I got my oil change they said I needed a new cabin air filter and asked me if I wanted to pay $60+ dollars for it. I thought I should check When I got my oil change they said I needed a new cabin air filter and asked me if I wanted to pay $60+ dollars for it. I thought I should check the price and found that a new OEM filter through Subaru was 22.98 that price was for pick up at my local dealership. If they knew I needed an new one, they already did the labor to open up the glove box to check the filter. Why would they mark the part up over 100% when all they had to do is slide a new part in. I would have gladly paid $35 or even $40 to do this but $60 seems crazy since the glove box was already opened up. To the dealership, this is small dollars, but now after seeing how this process works and seeing the pricing, I no longer trust my dealership and would never have them perform larger services on any of my vehicles. More

I would like to thank Jessie from Tucson Subaru for the exceptionally great service at my last appointment. From arranging to have me shuttled back home to wait, calling me to update me on my vehicle, talk exceptionally great service at my last appointment. From arranging to have me shuttled back home to wait, calling me to update me on my vehicle, talking me thru every procedure and then calling one of his colleagues to help me get my phone synced to my vehicle. My husband passed away almost three years ago and I am told over and over not to trust service at dealerships. I assure everyone that I never once have been pressured to do anything there. Thanks again for making this unpleasant chore an easy one! More
