Our 2013 Honda car was making a noise, so naturally we took it to Mungenast. We were told that the noise was in the engine due to loose part and was not recommended to open the engine to repair as this would be cost prohibitive. The technician did not believe there was any harm at driving the car as such. My husband then decided to continue to drive the car a few months with the assurance that was conveyed to him that there was no concern. I became worried and asked him to take the car to another dealership for a 2nd opinion. Today we were told we need the VTC Actuator replaced and possibly the Timing Chain. All together we are looking at a $2400 repair cost. Finally to make matters worst, I had my oil change yesterday at Mungenast, but when I collected my car, the dashboard still stated 30% Oil life. In the best case scenario the technician just forgot to switch a button to restate the oil life but at worst they did not change my oil. I have 0 confidence in their ability and will not be returning as a customer. More

Kurt Marty was awesome to work with. He was no-pressure and honest. I totaled my old car and wasn’t sure how much money I would get for it. Kurt took the time to print off KBB values and values from sources that the insurance companies usually base off so that I would know if they were trying to low-ball me. He went the extra mile staying hours late for me on the day of my sale and was able to get some deals for me. More
