Everything was explained, including the what if's and what not's. This is now our second vehicle purchased from them. Returned back because the first time we were there 7 years ago, the experience was well above par. Everyone we had dealt with from Cleber to "BK" (our beyond awesome, friendly sales person), to JR, it was an amazing experience. I'm sure there are plenty others who were behind the scenes that we didn't meet that made everything flow smoothly. Definitely will return again when the need arises. Hats off to everyone there. More
