Enjoyed the whole sales process. Talked to Jim personally first visit. Called a week later and talked on the phone. Second visit talked with Jim and Mike (not sure if it was Sr. or Jr.) and a deal was reached. Jim and Mike got the color I wanted from their Kent lot and had it ready before I went on vacation. Day of pick-up Jim registered on the Ford Pass app and gave me a very thorough explanation of the operation of the truck and all of the features. Very professional and excellent service. More
