I recently traded in my Wrangler for a new Gladiator. This is a tough time for buying cars due to the supply chain issues, so I wasn't sure I'd find anything. My salesman Wayne, who I bought a Jeep fro This is a tough time for buying cars due to the supply chain issues, so I wasn't sure I'd find anything. My salesman Wayne, who I bought a Jeep from previously, clearly went through all the options I had, from pre-owned, in transit, ordering one, or one on the lot, and then let me pick what I wanted to do. After I decided, Vinny in finance helped me get the deal done. These guys are why I have bought several Jeeps there over the past dozen years. At the point of taking delivery, Wayne explained all the new features in my truck, both Ben, and Mark, came out to thank me for my purchase and congratulate me. I felt truly valued as a customer, I felt like I was treated fairly (very important in this market) and I feel like I can have a good, open dialogue about what I want and what they can do for me and trust that they are being honest and straightforward. As a side, they took care of my bedliner installation and Tee in Service is always awesome, she arranged a loaner for the day and because I go there for all my service she always remembers me and makes me feel welcome. Great place to shop. More

But as great as the Sales Department is, and I've said this many times to all of them; it's the Quality and Outstanding service of their Service Department that keeps me coming back to purchase more vehicles! Jimmy runs a tight shop, and while I don't know any of his mechanics, his front line staff that I've dealt with for years of Dede, Scott and Tee are "Superb!" On my most recent visit my wife and I were met by Dede, and she did not disappoint! More
