Service Center Check engine light was on and the smell of burnt oil emitting. Took my car in and was given an oil change and after checking all components no other i Check engine light was on and the smell of burnt oil emitting. Great experience I went in for an oil change and everyone was super friendly. The oil change did not last long as I was able to complete it on my lunch break. Great Experience! I recently bought a 2012 VW Beetle at Donohoo. I love the car and would not hesitate to deal with Donohoo in the future or gladly make a referral to them. Love the no hassle attitude of the purchase and small repairs!! Marc, Jimmy, Mo, Eric, Lydia, Tina and front desk personnel were all friendly, excellent to work with and very professional. Nice work everyone!! More

If you decide to think about it for a few days, they encourage that and act the same when you return. It was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever had! The attention to detail after you've bought the car is excellent. They have several tech experts who can show you exactly how to use everything on your new car. They have it down to a science and are fast and efficient in the completion of the deal. This is our second car from Donohoo and we will DEFINITELY be back! More
