Heritage Toyota is AWESOME! Quick response to my emails and worked around my schedule for the appointment to buy my new truck! Ryan was incredibly understanding and responsive to issues I had with another brand vehicle. Jimmy Ellis was very responsive, courteous and very respectful to my wife, two daughters and I. I would only deal with him again. Travis was to the point and could have been a little friendlier, but he respectful to my wife, two daughters and I. I would only deal with him again. I do wish they had offered to have their body shop take care of all the little scratches I saw there and when I got home. Overall a good experience. More
