Happy with sales person, not management, customer service or people handling registration transfer. 1)Customer service did not follow up with a complaint. 2) Management did not address concern with a vendor or people handling registration transfer. 1)Customer service did not follow up with a complaint. 2) Management did not address concern with a vendor who broke a piece of molding. Expected me to handle their vendor. 3)Received a letter from Louisiana DMV because the people in registration taking too long to get my registration transferred from my trade in. I had to handle the issue with DMV. Was on phone for 45 minutes waiting for them to answer. All your people had to do was send a copy of trade in paperwork to take care of issue. Instead I had to do their work. More

Very disappointed with the way we were treated by the sales manager. He told my wife that the vehicle we were interested in was being held for us and that we could come pick it up the next day. However, not long after my wife left the dealership, he approved the sale of the same vehicle to someone else. This was extremely unprofessional and misleading. It shows a complete lack of integrity and respect for customers. We will not be doing business here again, and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
