The place is nice, now the customer service this time with the finance guy was awful, and all just because I decided not to get their $3600 car repair insurance. If Lexus wants this insurance protection with the finance guy was awful, and all just because I decided not to get their $3600 car repair insurance. If Lexus wants this insurance protection to be mandatory, why do they give the option to the customer? That means I can decide if I want it or not. But the guy got angry and started to treat me like if I was the most stupid person in the world because I wasn't getting it. Like if he would be the one that would have to pay for the repairs if any, for me not having the insurance. And I told him why I wasn't getting it, within one or two months of starting my lease on the Lexus 350 RX I noticed that the passenger door wasn't closing as smooth as the other doors, you have to push it harder to close it, and I took it to the dealership so they could check it AND fix it because it had warranty right? guess what? they said, nothing we can do, we don't find that to be a problem, you will have to use it like that" Oh yeah what about the stupid warranty, I bought a Lexus car because of their excellent QUALITY and now you tell me that? Then when it was time to sign the docs I asked him to explain me about one of the pages I had to sing, because he was talking too fast, and my first language is not English, he was like hey "is only your information don't you see?" And I could see his unpleasant gestures because he had to go back and explain something "that was supposed to be clear". Another thing, he mention to me that a new car warranty is till 50 000 miles, I got that car New, and I'm buying it, now he make me sign a doc that says "like is, not warranty" but my car only has 43500 miles on it, that means that Lexus is not even respecting the original warranty they offer!! In the end I just wanted to leave that place. So over all that guy Darrel K needs some better customer service, your business is about customer service. On the other hand, the sales person Joe Breaux was really courteous to me and he answered every question I had. More

I returned to Northside Lexus with some anxiety due to changes in my personal situation--Joe was unbelievably understanding and kind (in addition the other employees went out of their way to extend kind w changes in my personal situation--Joe was unbelievably understanding and kind (in addition the other employees went out of their way to extend kind words regarding my loss). Joe and management offered me what I considered a very fair deal and followed up with an excellent tutorial on all the overwhelming bells and whistles on my new Lexus. --although I will be returning for a review. Everyone was patient and professional but most important they truly cared --it's that personal touch that makes this dealership special. I guess the best compliment was my daughter saying when buying another car, she would definitely shop here first. I thank all of you and especially Joe for making this experience very comfortable much more pleasant than I had anticipated. More
