Joe French is great he's been advising my daughter and I for years. I love my Ford Escape and he gives me advice on taking care of it. My low tire light came on as I was heading home. I turned around and drove into Klaben Ford Service hoping they could help although I didn't have an appointment. Joe French said we can take a look i I turned around and drove into Klaben Ford Service hoping they could help although I didn't have an appointment. Joe French said we can take a look if you can wait. I sat in the waiting room for a short time while a mechanic checked it out and just filled my tires with air. Knowing I had to drive to Cleveland in the morning, I didn't have any worries about the tires. Joe walked me out to my car and saw I was safely on my way. It's like having family look after me and my Escape. Thanks, guys! More
